Do you have a daily healty routine?

The secret to success is found in your daily routine.

Here’s some things that have worked for for me to make my days more productive.
💧 Drink 24 oz H2O first thing (and keep it going…100-120 oz daily)
🏋🏼‍♀️ Exercise early
🙏🏼 Write down 3 things I’m grateful for
⏰ Time block 90 minute segments to accomplish moving the “Big Rocks”
❌ Say NO when something doesn’t align with my goals
🥗 Eat healthy foods – meal prep or meal delivery are lifesavers
💊 Quality supplements
✨ Get enough fiber
💪🏼 Eat enough protein
