Do you most important task FIRST THING in the morning. Don’t give yourself the chance to put it off for later. (Otherwise the frog will eat you… Meaning you’ll end up procrastinating the whole day!)

3️⃣ REPEAT EVERYDAY 🔁 🐸
You’ll be amazed how quickly small steps taken consistently add up to big accomplishments!

Once that one task is done, the rest of your day will be an easier ride. 🚘  You will get both 🔥momentum🔥 and a great sense of accomplishment!
