Energy is contagious and we are highly suggestible creatures.

You can influence those around you for GOOD or you can let them drag you backwards.

Sometimes well-meaning people in our lives pull us back down “to protect us,” so we don’t get hurt, or to validate THEIR own fears or (sometimes ignorant) opinions.

Don’t get me wrong – we can still love those people.

But we DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW WHERE THEY LEAD. 👏🏼
